Pseudo faults in magnetic levitation automatic door systems refer to non hardware damage problems caused by external factors or improper operation, which can usually be resolved through simple troubleshooting and maintenance. The following are common pseudo faults and their solutions:

1、 The door leaf stops running

Power issue: First, check if the automatic door unit is powered on to ensure that the power connection is normal. If the power is not connected or there is an open circuit, the door leaf will not be able to start.
Door leaf mopping: Check if there is any mopping phenomenon when moving the door leaf. If this phenomenon occurs, the door will have difficulty starting, and the main controller will mistakenly believe that there is an obstacle and operate the protective function, causing the door leaf to stop running. At this point, it is necessary to adjust the height of the door leaf to ensure that it maintains an appropriate gap with the ground.
Lifting pulley detachment: Check if the lifting pulley part of the door leaf has detached from the track. If this phenomenon occurs, the unit will also be unable to move. After a collision between a person (object) and a door leaf, this fault often occurs, and it is necessary to reinstall the pulley and adjust the track.
Safety light obstruction: Pay attention to whether the induction automatic door is equipped with "safety light". Dust covering or obstruction on the light receiver of the safety light can also cause misoperation, causing the automatic door master control to mistakenly believe that there is an object in the middle of the door leaf and stop closing the door. At this point, it is necessary to clean the dust or remove any obstructions on the light receiver.
Normally open button trigger: Check if the magnetic levitation automatic door accidentally triggers the normally open button, causing the door to enter a normally open state and causing the door machine to stop running. If triggered, the normally open button needs to be turned off.

2、 The door leaf keeps opening and closing

Interference from moving objects: Check if there are any moving objects near the door that interfere with the activation of the sensor, such as pedestrians, vehicles, colorful flags, potted plants, etc. The shaking of objects, and even the reflection of strong light, may cause the sensor to malfunction. Just move these objects away from the door.
Improper setting of induction probe: Check the induction probe to see if the detection range of the induction probe is set too low, causing the sensor to sense the moving door leaf when it closes. The sensor device mistakenly believes that an object is moving, resulting in the door leaf opening again. At this point, it is necessary to adjust the detection range of the sensing probe.
Strong radio wave interference: Check in detail whether there are objects emitting strong radio waves near the induction automatic door, as strong radio waves may also interfere with the sensor and cause misoperation. If there is, the interference source needs to be removed.
Stainless steel cover plate shaking: Check if there is any shaking on the stainless steel cover plate on the crossbeam, because if the cover plate shakes, it will cause the sensor installed on it to also shake, resulting in sensor misoperation and the door leaf constantly opening and closing. If there is shaking, the stainless steel cover plate needs to be reinforced.

3、 High operating noise

Component wear: The wheels of the door leaf lifting device may experience some wear after prolonged operation. If only slight wear occurs, the track and wheels can be cleaned once, or the bearings of the wheels can be lubricated with some oil. However, the track and plastic wheels cannot be oiled because they are prone to dust absorption after oiling, which can cause the wheels to damage faster. If the accessories are severely damaged, they need to be replaced and repaired in a timely manner.
Loose metal connectors: Some metal connectors are loose and only need to be reinforced again.
Friction of door leaf: There is friction between the movable door leaf and the fixed door leaf, resulting in noise. The position of the door leaf needs to be adjusted to eliminate friction.
Damage to the lower guidance system: Damage to the lower guidance system can also cause loud noise and requires replacement.
Construction issues with the upper beam: The upper beam was not properly constructed during initial construction or resonated with the upper ceiling, requiring re construction or adjustment of the upper beam position.

4、 Slow induction

Small detection range of sensor: Check if the detection range of the sensor is too small. If it is too small, adjust it appropriately to expand the sensing range.
Sensor dust accumulation: There is dust inside the sensor, just clean the sensor. You can use a clean soft cloth to gently wipe the surface of the sensor to remove dust.
Excessive weight of the door: The weight of the moving door leaf exceeds the bearing range of the automatic door motor, which can also cause the phenomenon of slow induction. At this point, it is necessary to reduce the weight of the door or replace the motor with a higher power.
