In 2005, the magnetic levitation linear motor drive was successfully developed and put into production. It adopts non-contact magnetic linear drive, replacing the traditional rotating motor combined with gearbox gear drive method, making the entire door system structure simpler, solving the problems of large mechanical damage, noise, large volume, and multiple security risks of traditional automatic doors, and achieving disruptive innovation in the automatic door industry. In 2019, research on permanent magnet synchronous motors without gearbox motors achieved results, breaking through innovation on the basis of traditional rotary motors, miniaturizing the motor body, strengthening the output of high torque, optimizing the service life of the motor, ensuring that there are no hidden dangers of gearbox control failures, and creating innovative products with higher cost-effectiveness.
