The difficulty of controlling the motion of linear motors has made many people hesitate, but there will always be echoes - after all, we have discovered the problem and provided a solution, and the automatic door industry has entered the era of vector control. In 2020, we obtained the invention patent for "Method of Linear Motor Automatic Door Vector Control Based on Linear Hall Sensor". We have gone through the 1.0 era, continuously upgraded to 2.0, 3.0, and 40 generations, and the system stability has been repeatedly verified. We have tested over 1 million cycles without any faults. We use high-performance vector control algorithms, with a 1ms speed dynamic response and a speed control accuracy of ± 0.5%. On the one hand, the door motion is more beautiful, smooth, and without any jerkiness; On the other hand, it responds sensitively when encountering obstacles, greatly improving the accurate control of automatic doors and reducing the hidden danger coefficient of automatic doors.
